James Delves I began work as a call centre trainer at BT on Directory Enquiries before moving into the fast-paced environment of mobile phone insurance with the Caudwell Group. There I completed my Certificate In Training Practice through Manchester Metropolitan University. I now have over ten years’ training experience and have been working as a Training Consultant for the past twelve months. I have completed freelance contracts with charities and small to medium sized businesses covering basic and advanced IT skills and web design. My aim is to offer individuals and small businesses access to professional, friendly, tailor-made training and web design services at a reasonable cost. |

Susan Delves A primary and middle school teacher for 12 years, I now enjoy seeing the children I tutor blossom as they receive the extra support they require, all tied in to the National Curriculum. I have created learning support material for Numeracy and Literacy and have been a Private Tutor for the past two years. My aim is to ensure that each child is able to progress at their own level and is encouraged and supported along the way. |
